Burns TV career started in 1995 when she played Peg as a character on the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns was a part of Baywatch, an action-drama series in 1998. Following that, she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns then left Baywatch due to her first pregnancy.
